Hello everyone, I have about 10 accounts that are approved by google merchants center, but they are all blocked within 4-10 hours after connecting to the ads account, I am not sure why this happens, it is because of my ads Is the account number not old enough, or is there another reason?

What is the reason Google gives you for that?

After you linked Google Merchant Center to Google Ads and before getting suspended, did you create any campaigns in the Google Ads accounts ?

There are warm-up campaigns and blank advertisers. Every time, google merchants center first prompts false statements, and then ads account prompts for violating google's team policy

Google merchants center first prompts Misrepresentation, and then the ads account prompts that it violates Google's team policy

@pb4681 It seems you are promoting some product in a niche that is restricted or not allowed as per Google's policies. If possible to mention : What product(s) are you promoting through Google Merchant Center ?

A complete white hat product, a legitimate product that does not involve google policy

OK, so from what I understand based on info given by you is :-
The Google Ads account has a dummy warmed up campaign. You link your Google Merchant Center to the Google Ads account and upon doing ONLY that, the Google Merchant Center gets suspended for Misrepresentation and the Google Ads account gets suspended for some policy violation : WITHOUT you creating any Google Ads campaign (Google Ads account just has a dummy campaign).
is the above correct ?

From your screenshots it seems that after linking the Google Merchant Center account to Google Ads account, you then created a shopping ad campaign and then both accounts were suspended. If that is the case, then most probably your shopping ad campaign's setup is improper as per the review algorithms of Google Ads, although you may feel it is proper. And, by the way, yes, an improper (shopping ad) campaign setup can lead to Google Ads account policy related suspension with that suspension triggering suspension of the linked Google Merchant Center account as well. By proper campaign setup, we mean proper as per the review algorithms of Google Ads.

Please explain a little bit brother....I am also facing the same issue...Please tell

Did you come up with a conclusion about why this happened? Maybe conflicting info between the ads account billing info and the merchant center business address or something?

It also nowadays happens very commonly if the Google Merchant Center has any inventory that is related in anyway whatsoever with a brand name (especially the big brands). In such a scenario, linking a Google Ads account with the Google Merchant Center will result in both getting suspended. I have myself tested what I've mentioned. Make sure your Google Merchant Center does not have any inventory or any thing that relates to branded products (brand names).
Above is the main reason nowadays pertaining to the issue. There may be other reasons too (a few I mentioned in my earlier replies in this thread and other members may also share some reasons).

Ok, funny enough the same thing just happened to me right now... I'm getting sick of this already.

First, an email from the merchant center saying my account is suspended for misrepresentation (I literally did everything right on my store after watching endless youtube videos and picking things from other stores running shopping ads on Google)

Then, I went to my Google ads account and it is suspended for suspicious payments again. This account was suspended initially after creation, I submitted an appeal and they reactivated the account and it has been running fine for 2 weeks with search ads... I've been keeping the account active and warmed so I don't know what the hell am I doing wrong now. I'm even using a real bank account for the payments on this account to avoid the common issues of credit cards. At this point I don't have an idea of what else can I do. It seems impossible for me to advertise on Google for one reason or another.

@YoungB11 any product(s) in your Google Merchant Center inventory which is a branded (well known brands) product ? Or in any way WHATSOEVER indicative of a branded (well known brands) product ?
