I get best results when I repeat adding the business atleast 3 times. Sometimes I need to keep doing it because it doesn't show on the front page. But once it's there it seems to stick. This is my first contribution, albeit a little weak I want to feel like I am contributing. I am sure that one guy will kick me in the nuts again.

What do you mean adding it 3 times? How do you submit the same location more than once? Do you mean adding it as a placemark under user created maps?
 
The listing should show up within 5 minutes of creating it, otherwise something is wrong. Creating the same listing 3 times will give you 3 of the same...not good.
 
I take it all back... My past three accounts have not been posting! I don't know what's going on. I have tried 3 times, changing text but they don't show up in the top 7 "a-g"

I posted one like 4 weeks ago, still not there. I dont get it.
