I checked it, and I received that only on one email from thousands that I had Google+ and I was wondering if someone else received it. And also, why Google will buy their domains through Amazon ... hmmm.

Its not google, its some third party handling it.
Google the address on the website, you will see the company behind it.

Yah, agreed too little. There is a high probability that you will never even see the money. These cases, even settlement ones, take years.
It could be a long time before anything gets done.
Think back to the Equifax breach and settlement in 2017. Pretty sure no one is ever getting their $125, me included.

Indeed, I passed it.
They have stolen more from my Adsense so I think its ok to pass it through.
