I have noticed that big websites have a small number of external links. I have removed two nofollow external sitewide links on one of my website and i get more traffic.
So, I would like to know whether external links "steal" link juice to the pagerank of a page or do external links have their own pagerank.
FYI, i am sure that an external nofollow link is actually leaking google link juice.
Let me give an example.
I have a page 1 on a site A with one external link and one internal link. PR for this page is 1
In this case, will the the two link will have a value of 0.5?
will the two links will have a value of 1? (in this case, it would mean there is an internal pagerank and an external pagerank).
Here is my diagram below:
Today is it A or B, that is correct ?
