Google June 2021 Core Update rolling out

In all honesty , all sites ive built for clients end u ranking no1 ,2 or 3 on first page ggl search so really not care what ggl does or says anymore as its more bark rather than bite. Domain keyword tld is still No1 no matter what i read or hear . My last domain purchase cost me 3.5k for a .com so yeah im kinda out there alright..investing in assets is the key.

Yeah I’m having a LOT of keywords drop. Here’s the funny thing about it though. It’s supposed to be related to core web vitals and page speed stuff. Least from what I’ve heard.

these are my websites scores slowly dropping in rankings.

Remember:

- Google rarely tell the truth
- SEOs are often wrong

I doubt the update is ONLY for that metric. And even if it was, there are still loads of variables to influence the outcome. Don't stare yourself blind on speed bro

I still score green in them as well. Numbers are slightly higher but still.

Sorry I just saw this stuff. It’s still green except for my lcp which is 2.8 on average. So guess not perfect but I still don’t think it’s awful. Most people can’t even get out of the yellow.

yeah I know it’s several factors but figured it was MOSTLY related to page speed This update. On gtmetric I score 100 and 97% as well. My sites blazing fast. It took me days to get it that fast. But I know that links, content, authority, etc all matter. My site just hit the 8 month mark and I honestly have only built manual forum posts and mostly high DA guest posts with generic and branded terms. No site that builds links is white hat but my site is pretty dang close. That’s why it’s frustrating seeing keywords slowly and steadily dropping.

do remember that for site speed, once you get to the good enough score, the rest won't matter. at least that is how it has been so far before this whole web vital concept.

Is anyone going to mention that they shuffled the results again last weekend when it was Father's Day?

They love shuffling the results or releasing small updates when it is holiday period. E.g: Pre-Valentines, Mother's Day, etc.

And they said July will be the 2nd update being rolled out. How coincident that it will be 4th of July.
