I think this would work well possibly if people clicked a referring web 2.0 because you're coming from somewhere,because you're logged in google knows the person just copied and pasted the url.
I think with a little time and patience you could make this look very natural.
I'd assume google +1 is like links some +1's are more valuable than others.
