Google don't display right Site title & description

Google don't display right the title and description of my website.
They just diplay the domain and the text of website footer.
My website had installed Yoast SEO plugin.
If I change title and description info then "submit google url" it will displayed right info, but some days after Google will display like picture below.
Please note that: I pick one page to display at homepage (static homepage), not newest posts.
Any one know why this happen, please help me !

Its possible your title are either too long (Google won't display long titles) or your titles aren't unique enough (Google won't display titles if they are too similar across your site from page to page).

Install webmaster tools and resubmit your website for robots, also just keep in mind if you have edited your meta description and title it can take a while for Google's crawling bots to notice.

So it can take some time
 
Its obviously got to do something with your settings. Review everything that requires you to update metas and resubmit your site on WMT.
 
Google changes the title URL or completely rewrite it.To overcome this just do,
Create a descriptive page titles and make sure every page on your site has the title specified in the title tag,do some keyword stuffing.
The title of your site’s home page is a reasonable place to include some additional information about your site,
Differentiate the meta description for different pages.
 
As you see on the attach picture. Google don't display title and description too. They pick the domain (without .com) and display copyright sentence for description. I had re-written and submit. Google display right title and meta right now. Let's wait someday for next Google update, to see if they over write it like before or not. Thank for all your comment.

So sad,
Today Google had updated again. And it come back at the first post. I don't know why. I had try to wrote good title and meta following SEO Yoast. I had try several times: short title, long, add brand, sturf keywords, similar top 10 competitors....and it still don't work :)
