You are not alone in this. This started since the first week of this month. Google is doing this to all of the small sub-reddits.

Google normally index Reddit post within a week. If you want to index faster then you have to add more backlinks from high traffic websites.

I think its the small sub reddits that Google isn't index right now. Its annoying because you cant just setup a new subreddit and build backlinks from it easy.
I suppose if you get a bit of content that might be allowed into a large subreddit that still works.

you can request a crawl for those specific pages in search console. Crawl/Fetch and Render/paste in the URL for the page/this page only/"Submit to Index"
Those steps or something really similar. Or that's what sitemaps are for. They list all the blog's content and, if created by an SEO plugin, auto-update when there's new content. This way, you only have to submit the sitemap once and you are good.
