There's a big difference between those. Google can scan emails with a bot, much like they do to your site, so they can display ads and you can search them quickly.
However, there is no standard with Google Docs spreadsheets. How can a bot determine what each column means? Do you think they would actually check each link and slap a site one by one? NO.
Even if they could, they will identify patterns and use algorithms to detect and filter search results in mass. We are talking about billions of pages and links here. Manual review is too costly in this case, except, maybe if your site sits on the first ranking of some very popular keywords.
