Hi guys,

I recently got 1 DMCA notice for my 1 post (uniquely written and informative). Copyscaped passed too.
Now, Google deindex the affected URL.

The complainant's complaint is "The copyrighted content on (complainant) is infringed by the text excerpted on the site, beginning with the text..( the infringed text here).

The infringed text is a method/information that they share in their site, so I share it also to my site and linked back to their site with the name of the method, on where the readers can see the whole method/information.

Should I file a counter notice? then select "The way I used the content is fair use" or I'll just delete the affected URL then put the content in new URL?

Thank you for your help.
