Someone with a DA 5 site copied part of my blog (and parts from other URLs that were ranking alongside me) and

then registered DMCA complaint & took down all the original URLs he copied from, including mine

His domain age is less than my URL age lol

omg, so don't they do any previous research before taking down urls??? This could be a huge problem. Did you try to write back DMCA or something?

There's usually a link in the email to a form where you can file a counter notice. This usually fixes it in a few days unless the person filing the DMCA actually wants to lawyer up.
