So, as we all know the Core and Spam updates going on side by side, I just wanted to know if anyone has had its Discover traffic reduced to completely zero in or around the 8th of March?

Right now, I have a site with tons of authority backlinks coming from top-of-the-line branded publications with quality content (According to me, No AI ;)) that has completely vanished from Discover, not even a single impression.

Is anyone experienced with Discover here that can shed some light on it? Is it game over or are there any chances of recovering the traffic?

Hey. There are few things to look at. Discover is about Topics/Entities, social signals, speed and many other factors.
PM if you want this researched together.
We run our own media site and it has been fine during this update.

I'd love to hear more about this

Same thing with my one site, but it had a bad link profile and AI content. All fixed but still no results.

happened to me, but it's a site with AI content so I already expected it to happen

does your site pages still indexed on google?, you can check with "site:yoursite.com"

Google's updates can be real killers. Hang tight though - sometimes these things bounce back after a while. Keep an eye on your stats and maybe tweak your content strategy if it doesn't pick up soon.

I am facing the same problem with my one website. But, I am still waiting for the good result.
