I completed taking care of all my Gmail emails. Cleaned everything up, saved what needed to be saved, changed forwarding to my new self-hosted email.
I changed the email on all important sites (paypal, payza, some bitcoin/blockchain site I have an account with, hostgator, namechap). Put my new self-hosted email as main email.
Since I was updating shit, I also tried changing my address on my Namechap account (because the one I had on record was outdated), but I ran into a bit of a problem -

That said...
The Google account that got disabled, when I got back in I checked my Youtube and Google+ and Blogger etc, all Google services I use which are connected to that account. I noticed that I had 1 Youtube Channel and 1 Google+ page.. well.. not exactly banned, but there was something wrong with them. Look below...
Google+
Youtube
I tried using Youtube as that channel, and I was taken to a page to verify my identity. Since I had just verified my identity to get my Google account back, I didn't want to play with it. But now since I switched from Gmail to my own self-hosted email and took care of everything so that I don't rely on Gmail anymore, I figured what the heck. Even if they ban me now I don't care very much. My emails are not dependent on Gmail anymore, I'm safe, I'm good.
So I tried using Youtube as that channel, and it asked me to verify my identity again. I did it, and I was back in. I can use Youtube as that channel now. I also checked the Google+ page, and the page is there, I can also use Google+ as that page again. But those gray icons remain there, and, I'm not sure what it is. All my other channels and pages were fine the moment I got my Google account restored. But this one Youtube channel and Google+ page were not okay. The google+ page was originally leading to an error page, I think 404 page, and I couldn't use Youtube as that channel and couldn't use Google+ as that page.
Hm. I'll give them a day or two and see if the gray photos there get restored back to normal, or if maybe it's some delayed ban, to where they're just about to completely ban that channel and that page.
I'll wait on that. We'll see what happens. The Youtube channel is active, I have one video on it which just shows people how to buy on my website. And that video can be watched, which I need because I have it embedded on a page on my website. Also the Google+ page can be accessed, content can be seen. I also need this as I have a social icon for Google+ on my website which people can click to see my Google+ page. It would reflect bad on me if a potential customer clicked to see my Google+ page and got taken to a dead page. I think it would also harm my SEO (not that I do any) because as far as I know having links on your website that lead to dead pages is a negative thing for your SEO/rankings. I could be wrong on that, don't quote me on it. But it makes sense, I'm pretty sure I'm right.
Anywaaaay...
I just have one more disabled Google account to deal with. Even though I access it behind a proxy, it's some bullshit free proxy, and I don't know if it leaks my real IP or what the hell happens. So I'll exit my Gmail/Youtube/Google+ pages, restart my router to get a new IP (dynamic IP), then access that Google account (behind the free proxy) to see if I can appeal or if I have to maybe verify identity of what the hell is going on. And when I'm done I'll restart my router again to get a new IP in order to access my main Google stuff again. That way they won't establish a link between the two Google accounts in case my IP leaks on that proxy I'm using. Though... if they check history they'll be able to link them possibly.
