Hello.

While setting up rank math SEO I accidentally index my website with google search console. Is it possible to deindex, without negative SEO? Or would it be beneficial if I kept it index and posted hell lot of content? Making google see improved my site(which will take some time to post all). Currently, I've got zero content and the site is a mess.

What´s strange is that if I try to enter google search control it wants me to start selecting property type, as if I never had submitted any site to it. I recently moved server location and old content that was deleted months ago and never indexed start popping up on search results.

I think you can deindex by just going to Google Search Console and navigate to Google Index and look for Remove URLs, type page url which you want to remove.

Just start creating some content. It's not bad to be indexing soon specially considering that you may, at some point, be interested in introducing some incoming links, which is important the aging in the index for avoiding early penalties.

But couldn't I get penalized for thin content? Got zero content, but I'm currently working on 5k article that will be posted in roughly a week or so.

Thin content doesn't penalize... it only applies to Google Adsense submission in case your site is only based on thin content.

Put an article up that will be relevant to what you are going to use it for in the future. Domain age is not going to hurt you

Use GSC URL Removal Tool which is placed in old GSC version. And, don't forget to set noidex in your site because Google will Index these URLs again if you don't set this on site.
