Google cmp message, how do i change it! PLS HELP

I am quite new to blogging and i recently got a message on google adsense where they wanted me to add some kind of cookies pop up when people joined my site. I simply just clikced through and went with the original text that google suggested. But now i want to change the language since most of my visitors are not english speaking.

It had something to do with "CMP"

You can find many plugins to add cookies on your wordpress website in plugin respository. They have feature to change language too
