Google cmp message, how do i change it! PLS HELP

I am quite new to blogging and i recently got a message on google adsense where they wanted me to add some kind of cookies pop up when people joined my site. I simply just clikced through and went with the original text that google suggested. But now i want to change the language since most of my visitors are not english speaking.

It had something to do with "CMP"
