Google Business Profile Disabled

One of my client's GBPs got disabled. I used someone from Fiverr to do a reinstatement (because they have had previous success with some of my listings) and now, it's permanently disabled. There's no option for me to escalate the case to Google (at least from what I can tell). Does anyone have any advice for what I can do from here? My client is super stressed out and it's a legitimate listing.

As far as I am concerned this is the only viable option. However it heavily depends on why it got disabled. Wish you and your client the best of luck though!

Reach out to Google Support via X,Google Business Profile has an active support team on X (@googlemybiz). Many users have found success by reaching out to them publicly. Provide the case details and explain that the listing is legitimate. They may escalate the issue or provide further details to do.

also Using Fiverr or third-party services for reinstatements can sometimes be risky. It’s possible that their methods flagged the listing further, leading to permanent disablement. Going forward, I would recommend handling reinstatements through official Google channels only

Now there is only way to appeal from Google business team. They will take care of your clients listing, If every info gonna right you have to chance get back listing again.

If recovery is not possible, consider creating a new GBP for the customer, ensuring all policies are followed.
