Google Business Listing Ranking Issue

Hello Experts,
I'm facing an issue with Google business listing. I have tried to improve google business listing ranking by many methods like increase rating, reviews, citations and optimized listing also. But local business ranking not improved yet.

Please provide some suggestion. So I can apply that method on my business.

What kind of suggestion do you expect if you haven't provided any info except 'I've tried everything, but nothing helps'? Just do what you should do and it should do what it should do.
