Google Broad Core Update December 2020

I'm definitely seeing forums, quora, and even fiverr gigs, and facebook group pages ranking for terms they definitely should be ranking for just because they may have the term or it's a search results. Right now you can look at results and you can gather what Google is considering more relevant to the term. I'm even seeing an amazon product ranking high because the seller name matches a keyword.

However, still seeing that the results are shit, I anticipate further changes on their end but who knows what exactly. I'm seeing a lot of really thin sites with tons of obvious badly-done spam backlinks.

At this moment, DuckDuckGo gives better results. For most of my terms, I am still ranked normal on there. Google still has most of the traffic, however. For SEO we are stuck with where the traffic comes from for optimizations. For most of my terms I am ranked on there like I was on Google until a few days ago.

Plus side, my traffic is a little better than it was a day or two ago. The terms I've check by hand appear to be the same. Of course, Mondays are always more busy on the net anyways so maybe it proves zilch.

i had to check it for myself: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=rhinoplasty+plano&t=h_&ia=web

much better result than what you get on google!!

check the same keywrod on google and you will see a google stack ranking number 1

Heard many are experiencing fast results. It makes my sites feel like dead to the core!

Although main KW rankings are still down for a lot of pages on my sites, traffic overall has improved since 4/12. Anyone else seeing this?

The losing site had real persona but the winning site had fake persona.

If your real persona is not on their friend list, it probably does more harm than good.

That's why you see all kinds of assholes only post pro-Google shit on social media - they desperately wanna get into this friendly list of names which will rank for anything.

Google dick sucking for rankings is a real thing. You don't have to go very far to see examples.

The sad thing is that there is little to no demand for a google competitor. google is a monopoly, yet they cleverly help out smaller search engines in order to not look like a monopoly. We are at a point where a company controls the entire internet, that's like HBO owning all cable and streaming websites. Google has to be broken up, the search engine has to be separated from everything else, if not we will start seeing google owned companies showing up in the first page and the organic listings on the second one.
The problem is that we are digging our own grave, google's AI is smart and it takes only a flip of a switch to make thousands of google owned websites written by their AI, and guess who's content they are going to use to generate the articles, urs, and mine.

Imagine a world where most of the first-page search results is owned by google, plus a couple of "high authority websites" and the line between organic and paid listings are so thin that they are barely noticeable, sounds familiar?

Thats some serious shit right there. It doesn't even sound far out.

Have you noticed today that at least for a few minutes the ratings return to what they were before the update but then lose their positions again?

Is it complete? Semrush show normal sensor

Can you not just keep things professional? You lower the tone of the whole forum with these unproductive comments.

Let's talk real, tangible things. Share insights that are valuable. Remember our goal here is to grow our businesses. Let's share with that goal in mind.
