Hello Guys,

I want to know if a website is hit by Google algorithm penalty, we can recover them or stop working on that? As My website was hit by Algorithm and get Penalty,

what should I do?

This is right, if in the case you weren't penalized, a little redirect can help you ranking for your keywords again.

You are right chief, however, I meant, if the MAIN website wasn't penalized and it simply lost rankings, in that cass getting a ranking page with a similar title to redirect to his main keyword, will help him/her/they to start ranking fast in no time.
 
Google algorithm is a penalty for your site. don't get panic. Once it's done, your website will rank again.

You have to see what is causing the penalty, fix it and request review. That simple and complex at the same time.
 
Of course, it can be recovered. But you will have to do lot of work. If the project is not giving that much returns, you should start a new project.
 
1. sometimes google just randomly give this penalty to new sites, which happened to one of my sites (this one wasn't because of the quality of the content)

then i use redirect 301 to a new site and the penalty is gone, also the new site got ranking boost I don't know why, but the new site keywords got ranking pretty fast (low - medium keywords).

2. and other reasons ( from my experience) its because of the content quality (which also happened to one of my sites). i believe i put too much keywords in the articles or "keyword stuffing" and other on-page issues. So this site hasn't recovered yet till now, but i've fixed and edited all of the articles last month, hopefully this site can recover from penalty.

i don't know much about this penalty, but this is based on my experience.

And you know that how?
 
@crossline so just buy new domain ,and redirect the old penalized domain to the new one using 301 ?
can you give more detail please. How the old penalized domain will get benefit from this redirect ?
 
You can recover the site and traffic but some times it takes over a month and you need find the issues and solve each one of them. Find the domains that is not relevant and create a list of domains to disavow, you may have to do it multiple times but if your site had good traffic then its good to go.
