The homepage just has a small extract of the main content and there was no link building recently. However a few months back I had bought a social bookmarking package from fiverr which had placed many links (arnd 100) of this page on their useless so called bookmarking sites which had russian ips. Although they were naked links but still had keywords in it. I had disavowed them.

Disavowing is useless... You better find a way to delete all those crappy links..

Are you still seeing big movements?

My sites seem to be stable and the update didn't do well for them. I'm thinking about forgetting the ones that dropped significantly and moving on to new things

With 64% main anchor you should have been slapped long time ago. You are really asking for it.

And yes, majority of my sites are all over the place, haven't been stable for 2 weeks, not even for an hour.

what approximate % exact matches do they have ?
my website's on rollercoaster too, ~35% exacts.
 
Like 2% exact match MAX. Your anchors guys are absolutely terrible. Unless you are of course churning and burning, but in that case you shouldn't be surprised about the dance.
 
I barely saw any dance on my sites. I keep exact match anchor between 7-10%

based on the bulldozer that ran over my website, i think it is about over optimized anchors and backlinks for keywords
 
i started to use google disavow to first clear spam sites

then find real backlinks and check anchors and edit it

Thats strange. You keep exact match 2% and anyway facing same issue with fluctuations.
 
It's definitely not related to anchors.

I have a couple of hack/crack sites with brutal exact ratio, since they are churn and burn basically and have exact at 10 - 20% and they haven't budged at all.

On the other hand, long term sites are flying as retarded. So no, it's not about anchor ratios in my opinion.

Ofc it is not Good. Do not use WMT unless you create each Google account and link it with 1 website only.

@javadth - Google already knows about your plan. Rate your loses and think of new plan and strategy :-)

Having one site per GWT account is okay. Having multiple sites on one account is asking for a brutal slap. It doesn't matter now, they are already linked.
