We are not borrowing anything from Google. Google offers this credit. What is a fake VCC? It's a legit VCC, just doesn't have enough money. Plus, Google doesn't deduct money before the threshold is completely spent. We are not taking anyone's money. Get your facts straight again. We are not promising them that we will be with them after the threshold is spent. It's just like trial credits.

You're using an empty VCC, using threshold you should pay for in the end, but you know that your VCC is empty so you will not be charged, since there is nothing to take from you. In a real world, a debt collection agent would get the money either way or you would end up in a court for not paying your bills for something you've already used in advance. Like fuck yeah, I didn't pay for the electricity for the past 2 years, I thought it's free credits since my CC is empty, right?

The simple reason is most people here do not see Google as a whitehat company. There are many cases of manipulative policies by Google which aims to favor big brands.

Who the fuck cares if it's a letter from 2018, they do the same today and will do in the future, my point is that you actually OWE them and debt collectors are chasing for the money if you're running legitimate Adwords accounts and not paying your balance spent. If it wasn't possible to use fake names and address on a VPS and isolated IP you'd be prosecuted for not paying the debt, simple as that. It is a fraud but the way it's done means nothing happens as for now.

I still advise anyone, whether you do it or not, learn to have positive ROI at least because this won't work forever (identity verification is already in place and will be extended February)

Threshold = stealing from Google, straight to the point. Also you do harm other marketers because, most likely, you're a clueless fuck who can't run your ads profitable in a regular way (not saying that you're, just in general). Not that you're stealing from Google only, you're stealing expenses/traffic/customers from other legitimate advertiser with a stupid ass "free credits" bids that doesn't make sense and you would never bid that much with a real account.

SEO is SEO. It's an optimization for algo, not stealing money (from a company or a person, does it make a difference)? Stealing is stealing. Not sure how's it related to SEO in any case either way.
