Google Adwords Threshold accounts - why these threads are allowed?

This forum seems to be strict about illegal activities, exploits and on the other hand, there are a bunch of sales thread selling Google Adwords threshold accounts, which are obviously created with fake VCCs to basically "steal" 350-500$ threshold amount from Google and it's advertisers until the account is doomed, since you are not able to pay your invoices anyway.

Not that I really care about Google, just interested in your opinion.

Well, if we're judging the degree of "blackhatness" of a method by comparing it to the TOS of respective websites, BHW wouldn't exist quite frankly! How in the world are movie streaming sites, backlinks, any method with VCCs, etc. are allowed on here?

Do you really think people use this to 'test' if their campaign is profitable? 9 out of 10 people who use these accounts are even clueless on how to get a 50% ROI.

We are not borrowing anything from Google. Google offers this credit. What is a fake VCC? It's a legit VCC, just doesn't have enough money. Plus, Google doesn't deduct money before the threshold is completely spent. We are not taking anyone's money. Get your facts straight again. We are not promising them that we will be with them after the threshold is spent. It's just like trial credits.

P.S. If you ever had a business in your life, you wouldn't have time to complain about what other people are doing. Cheap mentality is something businessmen do not have. Good luck with your future posts, while other people make money with "methods" and you cry more about those methods in the meantime.
