The reason, they will become so strict is the people that abuse the system with these threshold accounts for obvious reason. They realised, that some people are abusing the system really hard, I think it will start from March of 31, not february.

Aren't people abusing expired domains, PBNs, and whatnot? If you can bank from it, it doesn't matter if they become stricter. Considering how many Adsense accounts do they ban just before the payment date, I would surely use threshold accounts if I find a working method. :D

I don't care either. Everyone decides for himself, I don't face problems with google ads yet, but it is fact that, what makes them becoming stricter is the fact, people abusing the system, especially with churn and burn, making many accounts, which is harmful and it becomes harder for other people to promote on the platform and they become the enemy, because other people abuse it. Why, the have decided to require verification ID from March in your opinion ? It's simply the fact, they want to get rid of these people, that abuse, so they will be applying the KYC for sure, because they now don't know who is running ads at all, you can lie about your address, be completely anonymous with VPN's, proxies etc etc.

Ofc, documents have been faked for years, at the minimum, you can use ID's of relatives, friends etc, but my thought was that, they become more strict. There is always a way to get around it, if you are flexible enough.

1. there are a solution : use ip local there is some website sell this service
2. you are right , if you use revolut or similair thresholds max is 50usd i have try it too much time
3. yes i think some seller use AU gads and other country
