Google adwords + Nutra Offers

Hello guys,
1.2 Years back i was using google adwords threshold with 350$ and using it to promote nutra offers.
from last 1.2 years i am on my bed so not doing any thing. now i am perfectly fine and want to start but wasted 150$ not get anything from it. please help me and tell me what's going now a days in affiliate marketing. what are the offers i can run with the help of adwords & cloaker !!
