Is there any software of any kinda program which could get anonymous clicks for adsense ads ??

Will proxy work out in getting adsense money ??

This is a best bullet-proof path to get your account banned and end up earning $0.

Get some content and traffic (no matter how white/black hat the techniques you use for this) to bring legit clicks, this is the only way to go with adsense.

If someone owns it he will never gonna tell you if you need one then make one :0 or work hard to get more visitors

Fraud clicks are not allowed in adsense you will get banned finally try to get some organic traffic..........

Google has strict restrictions , if you try to meddle with them you'll easily get banned , and if i don't think he would make it public

Don't be an idiot. Google are not stupid and while it may look like you are making $$$ you will get banned before they pay out and lose the lot. Forget it
