no there is nothing like that for adsense. Adsense will ban you if you will use such service.

so botting... It's not worth it, don't try it! I've tried it 10 years ago (precisely in 2014) and got kicked out of Adsense.
Besides, Adsense is not as high paying as it once was, Mediavine and Ezoic, for example, pay 2-3x what Adsense pays, so don't get stuck on it. If you manage to get traffic you can monetize it however you want, the traffic is the real secret to making money, everything else is secondary

Well , if you have that many real visitors, you should not really bother yourself with automated AdSense clicks, as it is highly likely that you will just get banned (

Be careful; it's against Google Adsense policy, BUT Google ADX allows it.
