I think AI content but with some traffic helps now to get approval.

One of the reasons for "site unavailable" error is the content of robots.txt.
Are there any restrictions for specific bots?
Also, AI content is not a problem. Google says otherwise but you NEED at least 30 - 50 unique daily traffic from Google to be approved. In most cases, Google doesn't approve 0 traffic blogs.
