Hello Guys,

I want to start google ads threshold to promote cpa offers, please tell me guys if its working fine

How can you base a business by not paying ads? A business that can't afford to pay ads is not a business!
 
Google Ads threshold accounts churn & burn is working quite well for those who know how to create & use the same. For some it is not working, as they may not have upskilled their account creation method(s) & may not have upskilled their campaign setup skills and may not have upskilled their campaign operation skills.

well, it helps with roi.
Buying an account for $50 then spend $350 in ads; unless you are a complete retard and have a -90% roi, you are going to make money from those $350 in ads even if you only make $200 out of the $50 account.

It works if you can warm up the accounts and have a strong payment method added.
