For some it is not working, as they may not have upskilled their account creation method(s) & may not have upskilled their campaign setup skills and may not have upskilled their campaign operation skills.

well, it helps with roi.
Buying an account for $50 then spend $350 in ads; unless you are a complete retard and have a -90% roi, you are going to make money from those $350 in ads even if you only make $200 out of the $50 account.

Create a threshold Google Ads account preferably US where the threshold is US$350 and run a CPA offer campaign. Once threshold is exhausted, rinse & repeat, thereby making good profits at minimum costs.
