Hi all,

A beleaguered client reached out to me the other week, because they have had their GAds account suspended.

By all available evidence, this client hasn't actually done anything wrong, other than hire two unscrupulous agencies before mine, who seem to have royally fvked their account setups.

They have two accounts, only one of which I'm able to access. Right off the bat, this is a policy violation, and might be why they're suspended.

But the original account was created and managed by an agency who has gone completely AWOL, so my client is unable to access it.

The second account also has issues. Low quality, scammy looking landing pages, not on the clients OG domain, were used.

I've filed multiple support requests, and received multiple calls, from Ads support, and it goes the same way every time:

1. The support rep is extremely understanding on the phone, apologetic for the difficulty in receiving support, and confident they'll be the one to get me to the bottom of this. They are even more overwhelmingly supportive if I reach out through my Agency MCC account.

2. The support rep says they'll need to follow up in an email, and that I should submit an appeal.

3. We get an identical email that says "Your Account Has Been Suspended due to Unacceptable Business Practices."

This has happened 3 times in a row. Honestly, completely at a loss as to how to fix this. I've worked with far less scrupulous, far more dishonest companies who had far better luck in their appeals than this client, who as far as I can tell has done everything by the books, but got screwed by their previous vendors.

Any advice would be appreciated here.

Business practice violation is easy to get reactivated/reinstated. Just submit an appeal and explain in details.

You'd think! But no, I've submitted appeals multiple times with varied amounts of info, from simple to as in-depth as possible.

Each time, they come back with exactly this response:

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our Google Ads policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.
For information on the terms associated with Google Ads account use, please review our Terms and Conditions at https://ads.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder
If you have a prepaid balance remaining in your account, you can request a refund at any time by following the instructions at https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1703646
If you believe that you meet all of our Terms and Conditions and want to make an appeal, fill out the following form: https://support.google.com/google-ads/contact/pf_suspended
Please be aware that we can't process your request unless our Terms and Conditions are met.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard.

This has to do with ad titles/description. Can't tell you specifically what you're doing wrong as we do not have your ad copy

Well, I guess it is time for you to move on. If that is a verified account, it would be easier to talk with support.

The best way to reactivate an account is be very specific of the reasons of violations.

Try using this appeal - best of luck.

Dear [Google Ads Support Team],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of my client, [Client's Name], who is currently facing a significant challenge with the suspension of their Google Ads account. I understand that you are inundated with appeals and support requests, but I implore you to spare a moment to review this case as it has been a persistent issue with no resolution despite our best efforts.

Upon taking over the management of [Client's Name]'s Google Ads accounts, it became apparent that they had previously engaged with two agencies whose practices have led to the current predicament. The original account, now inaccessible, was set up and managed by an agency that has gone unresponsive, leaving [Client's Name] without access to crucial account information.

In attempting to rectify the situation, we encountered a policy violation concerning the presence of two accounts, of which only one is accessible. We acknowledge this breach and attribute it to the prior agency's mismanagement. We are committed to addressing this issue and ensuring full compliance moving forward.

The second account, which we can access, presents its own set of challenges. The landing pages associated with this account were configured with low quality and scammy-looking content, deviating from the genuine content found on [Client's Name]'s original domain. We understand the gravity of these violations and assure you that immediate corrective actions have been taken to rectify these discrepancies.

Our attempts to seek assistance through support requests and calls have been met with understanding and support from your representatives, who have shown empathy for the difficulties we are facing. However, despite their assurances, each appeal results in a standardized email stating "Your Account Has Been Suspended due to Unacceptable Business Practices."

We find ourselves in a perplexing situation, genuinely committed to resolving these issues and adhering to Google Ads policies. We have worked diligently to rectify the errors inherited from the previous agencies, but the current impasse leaves us frustrated and seeking guidance.

I am reaching out in the hope that you can provide additional insight or escalate this matter to someone who can offer a more comprehensive review. [Client's Name] is a genuine business entity that has unfortunately suffered due to the actions of past vendors, and we are eager to restore their ability to utilize Google Ads effectively.

Your guidance, support, or any recommendations on the next steps we should take would be immensely appreciated. We are open to any necessary corrective measures and are committed to ensuring full compliance with Google Ads policies.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I trust that, with your assistance, we can swiftly resolve this matter and reinstate [Client's Name]'s Google Ads account.

Best regards,

Your account will no longer be fixed. buy a new rdp and find a verified ads account with old dated spending history and advertise. Have terms of use, privacy policy and minimum 12 products on your site without advertising. also warm up with white hat advertising at the beginning.
