How many day after created the new google ads account and we can start to create the first campaign that will not suspended?

If you're getting suspended after creating a campaign, you can wait 5 years and you will still get a suspension. There is something else wrong with your method

No, I didn't use the method as a payment. I'm using bank transfer as payment.
