It happens to my gambling ads too sometimes, the truth is there is no universal answer, only google interns will know, but the key is to have enough accounts on Farm and just deploy as many as you can, if 30-40% of them work thats already enough to really spend money.

Try 1 thing that often works for me in the situattion as explained by you (OP).
Pause the campaigns, make no changes, wait for 24 hours, unpause the campaigns, make no changes and observe the campaign performance after that (making no changes).

That usually happens when Google pushes a policy review or algo check on your account, give it a day or two or try creating fresh campaigns to see if delivery restarts.

There is no obvious explanation; it can be a review taking place in the background or something being subtly flagged. Try pausing and restarting to see if any settings or advertisements have changed. Contact support if it's still dead after a day or two.
