Google Ads multiple accounts

Hello, last 2 years I make lot of different Google ads account for my bussines and did not pay any of them as soon it hits my 500€ limit. I would just make quickly new google ads account, domain and Revolut account on somebody from my city that I would buy info and Revolut account.
Now Google requires verification immediatly by registration.

So I have two questions
1: Is Google Ads debt agency a real thing, all of this accounts was verified with ID and In debt 500-3000€. Is there chance this guys who selled me account will be prosecuted by Debt agency.

2: where to buy new Revolut accounts and ID/Driving License/ Passport to link it and pass Google verification and open new accounts

No way. You're a small fish for them. Suing someone for that sort of pocket money (yeah, that is pocket money for them) would cost them even more than the amount they'd be suing them for.

Google Ads will only send debt collection agent's emails. However, in some jurisdictions, it could hit the credit rating also, incase of actual real docs / IDs are used to create those Google Ads accounts, instead to stealth docs / stealth IDs.
 
I would be careful doing so. I’ve seen them come after certain people. Not sure how true that is, but it’s worth noting.

You are overcomplicating the situation, you do not need to open a new revolute account in order to pay for google ads, you can use many other services available in order to pay for it that are way easier to register and not all of them even require kyc.

Can you suggest me some? Yes I am not expert I started with Revolut so It’s only method for me. When I register Revolut they allow spending limit 500€ to pay after spending., I did registered some other prepaid cards from our country that doesn’t have IBAN and they allow only manual payments

Yea, they do send emails but I changed email address don’t even wanna bother with that only if it comes to my home address, It was 1.5 years ago and nothing still came. But they did blocked all my google ads and can’t even register for new accounts on that phone immediately gets blocked

You can easily use any type of VCC services. I wont name them here, but trust me once you will do a research, you will find out a lot. Its pretty simple and most of traffic guys work with them.
 
Ad platform debt is real and they do use collection agencies. Anyone tied to those accounts, including those whose info you used, could face serious issues. Trying to find new sources for verified accounts isn't a long-term solution when you're already in debt. You need a sustainable and legitimate business approach.
 
You can open individual google ads and use your info,any digital card works in it
