Sundar Pichai seems to be on steroid mode of technical implementation(s). Some beta versions of Google Ads interface, appear to be designed by aliens who do not understand human beings.

The old design is more difficult for beginners. The new one seems to me to be simpler, but still there are a lot of very incomprehensible elements to understand. But it's better than it was.
