One popular strategy to run a gambling campaign in Google Ads, that will last longer than usual, is by running a cloaked campaign.
No 2 cloaked campaigns are exactly the same, because many factors pertaining to them are not the same in any 2 cloaked campaigns : a FEW of those many factors that are not the same in any 2 cloaked campaigns are safe page, money page, researched alternative keywords, ad copies, etc, etc, etc. This is the reason why ideally no one would provide you a complete strategy for it.

do not have troubles with cloacking service i use. I would like to know how to put casino keys, descriptions and etc without consequences & suspension. My problem is that when I set everything up and turned it on and now real profit should appear, the account is suspended for obvious reasons. I'm new and still learning, but I know that some people can run gambling ads for weeks.

If you will put casino in keywords & descriptions, then why use a cloaker ? Then why have a cloaked campaign ?
If you put casino in keywords & descriptions, then do expect that in most cases there will be a (Google Ads) account suspension (especially nowadays).
If you want to put casino in keywords & descriptions without consequences & without suspension, then you will have to get specific approval from Google Ads to run gambling / casino campaign(s) (they will require relevant docs for the same).

when you launch a gambling campaign, what keys or headlines do you use?
A potential client will not be looking for cars or fruits if they are actually looking for a casino. And the permission you mentioned is the social casino permission. I also use this

If anyone would openly mention such alternative researched keywords that are used in a cloaked campaign, it will obviously be like https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/shoot-in-the-foot, for very obvious reasons. So, you will have to do your own research about which keywords to use and this involves creativity.
Nonetheless, I will consider myself kind enough to provide you a very important tip / hint : In the brick and mortar world, where are casinos mostly (usually) located ? (Do NOT ask me further about keywords please. Use your imagination and creativity). I have given you the best possible tip / hint.

On my experience, if you are running on new accounts, you should at least run or warm up for 2 weeks with bills being paid. If old ones, should at least spent $100 and warmup for few days.

In the gambling market you are not going to make any difference with a $100 ppc budget.
And running a campaign for 2 weeks is hardly enough for any kind of cpc optimization. You need a larger budget and 2-3 months to see some results.

Without results, what's the point to have a long campaign. Your argument is pointless.
With any gambling related offers the cpc bid will be quite high, so a small budget won't give you enough data to evaluate the campaign, nevermind run it for long enough to measure results.

I don't argue with your illogical stand. OP asked how to make the campaign last longer. So, what's the difference between spending less and spending lots in terms of making the campaign last long?

in some of the countries in that form there's no gambling laws, so technically you can get approved to show gambling ads without having any gambling documents, but a few word files
