hi all
I own a Back & Joint Pain Clinic and trying to advertise on Google. But my google ads are constantly getting disapproved for policy violation citing "speculative and experimental treatments" even though my competitors are ranking high on google ads offering the same services. I'm in the UK so can't even apply for google certification as it only allows Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to apply for that certification outside of the US and my clinic comes under neither of those categories. Am I missing something?

C'mon first tell it as it is.

You do not own any clinic. You have just built a safe page with a clinic angle for a nutra product.

With that said your ads are getting disapproved because the copy is not clean and innocuous enough.

Pain and Addiction words are highly regulated and even having words with "addiction" on the landing pages anywhere can cause problems in my experience. You have to look at your landing pages, the keywords and the ads you are trying to run. Start small. Walk before you can run.

thanks for that, yes it's getting disapproved due to me linking it to my website. But like I mentioned I've seen numerous competitors ads linked to their websites that are showing as normal despite their landing pages mentioning same services as mine. I'm running a call ad at the moment with no link to my website and it only shows on mobiles but it's not getting the reach I'd ideally want

Literally login to your website assuming it is Wordpress or something with search. Search for "addict" or "addiction". Remove or change the verbage. Make sure the copy is not too salesy or promises things that sometimes happen but not always. Remove or tone them down.

My website does not mention addiction but mentions pain quite a bit and PRP & Prolotherapy as part of the services we offer. Can not get rid of them as i'll literally have no content left. Not to mention my SEO ranking will suffer IMMENSELY

All I need to know is what are my competition doing that I'm missing? I put keywords like "joint pain injections" or "back pain treatment near me" in and their Sponsored Ads show up ranking at no 1 or 2
at this point it's just frustrating
