Google ADS Circumventing Policy Suspension on Multiple Accounts

I am running direct response (black) campaigns on Google Ads and I am having a problem with Circumventing Policy suspension.


The scheme is as follows: Gmail accounts created one year ago, purchased from suppliers (Multilogin - AdsPower and one different proxy per account), I create the GADS account with documents from different companies and different cards.

I upload a basic click campaign with something generic to request company verification and perform the verification with the company documents (pulled from databases) and the same identity for all accounts.

Some acquaintances are running this structure and creating several accounts. I have a problem: when I upload one account at a time, it lasts a few days, but when I try to run two accounts at once, both or more are suspended for Circumventing Policy.

Does anyone know how I can prevent this or where I am going wrong? At first, I was able to approve several accounts at the same time, but for a while now, this has been the scenario.

NOTE 1: I have already tried using different personal identities in the company verification process.
NOTE 2: My structure is -> PRESELL -> BLACK SITE (without cloaked) -> CHECKOUT (1 DIFFERENT DOMAIN PER GOOGLE ADS ACCOUNT).

Or use an MCC/agency for legit cover. Google’s 2025 detection is brutal—cloaking is a must, or you’re done.

Do you have any Cloaker suggestions to use?

My mentors are using the same strategy I described, scaling up to three accounts per day (some are suspended, but others remain active).

I talked to them about it, and they said they don't really know what could have happened to me, since they are doing the same things and are able to scale their operations.

NOTE: The corporate documents used are from companies that are completely different from each other, the only thing that remains practically the same is the personal document.

Your mentors might be getting away with scaling because their setups are more isolated (e.g., better proxy rotation, aged domains, or warmer accounts), or they're luckier with Google's AI variance.

The shared personal doc is a huge red flag—Google cross-links identities across verifications, even with different corps, triggering Circumventing flags faster than unique full IDs.

Google links accounts through many signals IP/proxy patterns, device/browser fingerprints, payment info, and timing. Even with different company docs, reusing a personal ID or similar setup across accounts is enough to trigger a Circumventing Systems suspension. The only sustainable path is to use fully legitimate, verified accounts and follow Google Ads policies.

You have the choice:
Buy expensive you receive the good result
Buy at average price you receive the good result but with some problems
Buy cheap you receive the bad results.

I'm running Gambling Ads on Google and it has gotten more difficult but its definitely managable.

JCI is not really expensive, so i definitely recommend it.

Google’s noticing patterns—running multiple accounts at once is an easy way to get flagged.

Even with different docs and proxies, the way you set things up can still scream “same person.”

Try spacing out account activity instead of launching all at once.

Using the same campaign style across accounts makes them look connected.

Different cards and domains aren’t enough; they track behavior and fingerprints too.

One account at a time will last longer than blasting several at once.

Overlaps in targeting, creatives, or traffic can trigger the suspension.

Honestly, you might need to rethink your whole setup if you want it to last.
