Hello BHW ,
Some few questions ;)

1] Does it matter , aged or fresh gmail ?
2] Can we used russian verified gmail to make usa adwords ?
3] Sometime google suspend new fresh gmail , how to prevent ?

So its better to use aged email
 
Question : When making AdWords using VBA must the location match up woth bank locations .
 
Adwords does bin check and not bank checks

Even amex cards are getting banned

1) Aged account with history is much better than newer account.
2) Yes, your email can be registered with any country.
3) Create accounts, add payment method & leave for a few days.
 
I also have some questions if any adwords guru can answer would be very thankful:

1. About proxies. Is it manditory to be residential?
---> If so then is it a problem logging from a different IP next time? (because most residential providers use a rotating technology)

2. If account is for example USA. Can you run German/French campaigns targeting those countries and having the ads and keywords in those languages without raising flags?

3. Does browser environment matter? I mean canvas, browser fingerprints, cookies, DNS leaks, etc etc.

Aged or fresh : It no longer matters. It mattered upto around Sept last year
Russia created gmail to make a US Adwords account : BIG No. Use same country IP (gmail and Adwords)
Google suspends fresh Gmail, you mean account DISABLED ? Happens if the IP is "dirty" and also depends on the other "fingerprints"
The best thing is imagine you are a Google (Adwords) bot : How will you "think" in order to catch churn and burn users. Write down all the points in a piece of paper. As you get more "points" daily, etc, add them into your list. And play the game accordingly. Always do reverse engineering when you are into blackhat.

My dear, for the benefit of everyone, no one posts exactly which cards, bins, etc, etc work well. No one likes anything to get saturated and then blacklisted, right ?
You want to know how people get working cards, bins, etc ? I suggest keep research and keep experimenting, and you will get the way.

So you are sure that the method works fine still? I have tried a lot of bins recently and all are getting banned. Just curious :)
