Google Ads Account "under observation"

Recently I had a Google Ads account go under review then - after it was off review and it still wasn't working I finally pulled out of one of the support reps at Google the account was "under observation" and they would check why... Anybody see this before?

Yes, it happens if your ads are violating Google's policies or may be advertising something which is not the correct representation of actual product or brand. Like most of the technical support ads.

I got the same problem as well. Every time I submit my account and I got the same problem like others..

I'm using Cloaker already, but still under review by google ads. My ads has been approved not not running yet.

I saw a lot gambling related ads on Google Indonesia. It makes me frustrated... because my account always get suspension.

Any suggestion or advice?

it will be approved google is always taking some time to observe any thing
