basically google will never suspend account if there is no suspicious activities from your ads
sometime their algo messed up but you can always submit appeal to get manual review and if the manual review can't find something wrong with your ads or your landing page, they will re-activated your account within 5 business days

this is not true.Even if you do nothing suspicious, you will be suspended.

my opinions is based on my experiences when running google ads so maybe your expriences is different then mine but i had run white and black campaigns bro and white campaigns never get troubles

may be your method, you can open ads, but the other member asks if it is possible to open ads by knowing basic things without knowing anything, she does not talk about her methods

I see some people are using those browsers that do now allow detection. But if I create a few blogs and run them each one on a different account, won't I also need a different card for payments?

opening ads easy, whats make it difficult?
you only need a google account (most android devices have google account) and if getting suspicious payment method just make appeal (more easy compared with circumventing suspend)

why you need to create different accounts ?
you can use 1 account and create multiple campaigns for each of your blog

nope, i even had 1 account that had lots of campaign with same domain but different url with different headlines, descriptions and the account still live well until now

daily budget doesnt matter, google already gave threshold for it
for example google give maximum budget you can spend $300 thats doesnt mean you only can spend $300
when its reach $300 google will charge your card if you use automatic payment but that doesnt mean your campaign will be paused just the account balance back to zero again
the campaigns will be paused if the charge not success and there is still balance on the account that you need to pay first
for example, google not success charge $300 from the card attached to your account but as long the balance not meet the maximum thresold set by google the campaigns will still running
also note, threshold will increase over time if google ads system think you will need higher budget
