You mean first 300$ I have to pay once account reached threshold.
whatever threshold you have - $10 or $50 or $300 pay them 1- 2 time and then google will lift $80 spend limit.

he's not talking about threshold
there is new update in google. suppose you have $200/day budget campaign but when your campaign spend $80 it'll stop. next day again it'll run and spend only $80 only.
it called daily spend limit by google. once you run your campaign for few days and pay 1-2 threshold invoice then google will lift this $80 daily spend limit and now if your campaign budget is $200 or $2000 you can spend all in one day.

If you set the budget and no suspend you can use it.
Had some thing simular that g ads doasnt spend the budget i set.
I put som extr % on the bidding and then i got listed again.
Think if you cant compeet with the biddings ads doast use the budget so you need to push the bidding price
