Google account creation faililng with this error message...

    When I try to use VOIP phone numbers for SMS verification (tried voice calls too -- neither work at the moment) ... I get this error:

    "This phone number cannot be used for verification."

    What service do you guys recommend for this type of verification? Feel free to PM me if you prefer. I'd be willing to donate 5 or 10 bucks via paypal for a suggestion of a service provider that works... this has really become problematic for our operations.

    You can always buy verification codes from people selling it in the BST section.

    wow. definitely didn't even realize that was an option. i'll look into that now... are there good success rates with that practice? we've been doing it the long way of setting up a voip account and automating the fetch of the code...

    honestly... i don't even know how to start with that. does that require a physical phone? we've been doing everything with 100% software... and would that be scalable to several hundred verifications?
