Google 3 pack question

Hey guys.

Still pretty new to all of this so please bare with me.

Recently I have been trying to get my local property maintenance business to rank in the google 3 pack. I've been doing everything suggested. Loaded up with pics, filled out all info, got reviews, made posts...the works.

After weeks of idly sitting by, I am still no where to be found for any of the kws I'm targeting. Not only am I not in the 3 pack, I'm not even on the list of other business listings as far as I can tell...idk what I'm doing wrong.

I just got done reading about a no no you can have when doing your listing. Wondering if this might be the culprit.

So my business address is located in a small town, but my GMB listing title is the business name experienced landscapers in (city and state) . Now the city I used is one that is slightly larger that borders ro my small town. It's also the city I use for most of my keywords as there is more volume using that city than my small town...I read that this can cause you to basically just screw yourself with ranking your gmb...

I know I didnt give much info here but I'm hoping someone can dm me and take a look at what I have going on...I've also purchased a local seo service from marketplace on here and they have done all kinds of extra stuff to optimize my GMB and whatnot. None of it seems to he working.

Please message me if you could take a few mins to see what you think...if I have to change my GMB title to the town where my business address is, I will then have to go back and change all kinds of stuff on 40+ directories, social profiles etc. so hoping I dont have to do that

3 Pack is very competitive but you should be listed if you click on more listing.

In order to rank GMB you should have citations from reputed sites like yelp.

keep Name address Phone number the same to all the sites you are getting a citation from.

Also, keep the same information on your website too.

Apart from GMB optimation, you need a few reviews from Top level Google Guides to boost your credibility.

I have like 40 plus citations with all the same info. I also have many more reviews than most of the people ranking. Everything that you said and I've read about I have done but still not ranking well

listing that is closer to the city center has a higher chance to be on 3 pack.

if GMB is optimized properly as well as regularly Creation of Post will improve ranking....

if your a fully registered business and known from other links, you should be listed.

Google can list a business on it own usually if known and legal.

google maps business, directory usually done via legally registered business, in the UK done by google.

when I drive pass homes my sat nav connected to google tell me business names from passing street address.

all registered business are public knowledge

What is your backlink situation look like? do you have good quality and continuous BL being added from TLD? Have you analyzed the compeitors that are in the 3 pack? Their BL and citations, etc. If no, you could do that and then reverse engineer what they've done to your listing.
