Good USA hosting VS Cloudflare + private hosting

I have my own intel modular server on 100 mbit here in my country (in Europe). I am targeting mostly USA with my websites and products. I am using Cloudflare to serve websites faster and to "mask" my ip, so google thinks its an USA ip. My question is: is this method good (for SEO) or is it better to buy some good re-seller account. Only problem I can see is that I share my cflare's ip with other people's websites. Can google find out my real ip?

I've actually found Cloudflare to be a bit slow on a few of my websites, strangely enough. But I digress. Have you considered putting in Webmaster Tools that you only want to target the USA?

Yes I changed that setting in google webmaster tools.
