Anyone recommend a good telemarketing ebook. I am good at generating leads but the area I always fall down is on the phone. I need to brush up in this area big time

Cold Calling Techniques: That Really Work by Stephan Schiffman. It's a classic. Good even if you're calling warm leads.

No problem. The biggest factor in being good at cold calling is just putting in the time and making the calls.
