Good quality SEO needed

Dear freelancers,

I've got a website with 27k global monthly searches (exact) with competition high (competition was medium just a week ago).
Currently we don't rank in the top 100. We actually rank 4th on the 18th page of the keyword im targetting.
My goal is to get on the first or second page, preferably the first page obviously.

I prefer it if you have a sales thread here on BHW with vouches or any kind of other reputation you can point to.

Did you knew that around 40% of traffic,goes to the top listings?
You should aim for the Top 3 spots,else you'll lose most of the traffic.
