Good price on targeted followers? Help!

Im looking for some targeted followers, like 3k or so, they need to be REAL & targeted. No fake accounts, I can do that for myself.

I'm also wondering what would be a good price for targeted followers per 1k?

It depends what you mean by targeted - How precise ? If you had a twitter tool that replied to EXACT tweets it would cost a lot more than just a general "hey look at my music site".

The precise would be worth a lot more so you would have to expect to pay more.
