I recommend to make pbn one page, you limit the risk of de-indexing deep pages in time.

One of the things most people forget to check if the site has organic traffic. If it does not have organic traffic, big negative sign and stay away from such a network.

Check whether it has, different IPs, backlink profile, history, whether looks spammy or designed only for building links, SSL secured, Metrics not manipulated.
