Good Niche

Hey Guys, I'm new around here and I'm also a newbie at seo.

I think I found a real niche:
very good exact matches, very little competition.

Question is this:

How do I monetize this properly?

Try to look for a product on CJ.com, Clickbank or few other popular ones (You can google "Top CPA Networks") and you will find tons of products. Choose they product which has a good conversion rate and has a good pay. Then promote that as an affiliate and monetize that site.

That totally depends on your Niche ...

If the niche is Adsense related... then you can monetize it with Adsense .Find high paying adsense keywords related to your domain .

If the niche is a Product niche ...then you should look for a Good Clickbank /CJ? CPA product related to your domain and then try to promote it .

OR may be you can try to monetize with Amazon also .
